The Only Passenger

Dear Sandy,
I was driving the Langley shift this morning, and boy, let me tell you: it was just me and the radio for a while. Then this kid gets on, says his name is Chaz, and asks if I want to see something. I ask, More boredom? He says, No. So I say, sure, and how-'bout-it: he starts juggling.
Now this is so interesting it causes me to forget the wheel and the bus crashes into Central Park Lake.
So they say yes, and next thing I know, all the cops have arrested themselves.

Hunting of the Hop-Hop

The Sgt. explains that this is the bunny we're looking for, that he's dangerous, and before he spits in his coffee cup, calls us ladies, and wishes us a good day, he's kind enough to give us a guess of where to find him.

Consideration

For one, it's used, Thomas thought to himself. Moreover, I don't know if it's been used anywhere else in the city. I suppose the info page on the product should be the one to tell me that.

Tea and the Paper

Steven flipped the pages. "Stock market's down again."
"How can you tell?" Jerry asked from across the table.

In the Garden

The guards du Palais stalked from pathway to pathway.
"They're not here!" Sgt. Glonpeck cried. "Can you find them?"
